Bethel Pointe Health and Rehabilitation

On February 14th there was lots of love floating around Bethel Pointe. <3
We held our annual Sweethearts Valentine dance and the residents enjoyed every minute. Our dietary department went above and beyond with the sugary treats including chocolate covered strawberries!! Everyone enjoyed cutting a rug and reminiscing to some old love tunes. Mary Friel was crowned the Queen of the dance and Robert Simison was crowned our King. Congratulations you two!!
A special thanks to The Flower Bin for the beautiful flowers and Ball State sororities and fraternities for volunteering and creating such a fun & fabulous atmosphere for our residents!!

My husband was at Bethel Pointe while recovering from a broken hip. This was his second stay at this facility. The... care from the staff was excellent. They were professional and caring. The only area that could use some improvement is in the area of staffing. They were understaffed most of the time. Even with this area of concern, we would not hesitate using this facility again.read more

Had my mother here and when they released her they handed me her stuff and got my mother home and opened up the bag and... was full of meds. Shots to be given, but before the shots you had to check sugar levels. Well I had no machine to check that. Breathing treatments, had nothing to give her a breathing treatment with. Blood pressure meds to be given at certain blood pressure readings, I had no blood pressure machine to check. Never went over her meds with me, nothing. Well this place little stint costed my mother within 24hrs to go back into the hospital for 6 more weeks. And after all this time (4 yrs) and my mother now deceased they decided to bill me .. Really? Good luck with that. I was keeping my mouth shut and wasn't going to do a review but because they have guts to bill me after 4 years then I guess I need to make some decisions myself. Cause believe me I have all proof plus the day the ambulance came and got her, a nurse showed up and what she seen she couldn't believe. She was so upset at the situation she even wrote a statement out. I had no choice but give a 1 star but personally it isn't even worth that.read more
