Wanda Williams is Bethel Pointe's Resident of the Month for November!
Wanda is widowed and has 3 children, Diana, Peggy and Robert. She loves the color red and her favorite food is ice cream. As a matter of fact, Wanda worked at Wolf's ice cream store at the age of 14. Her proudest accomplishment is graduating from high school (GED) at 52 years of age and being married for 68 years.
Wanda says the best part about living at Bethel Pointe is all the friends she has made and that everyone is nice, especially the staff.
Congratulations Wanda!! We are so blessed to have you as a part of our Bethel Family!!

Dont forget to Fall Back folks! ⏰

Last week, Bethel Pointe residents participated in an annual Fall Festival.
Students from Ball State volunteered and assisted Bethel Pointe staff in making this fun day super special.
Residents participated in pumpkin painting that will be judged on Halloween as well as a photo booth and best of all - a hayride!! The residents also had some great snacks ranging from warm apple cider, cookies and pumpkin flavored donuts. What a great way to get the holiday season started right!!

A special thanks to all who participated and volunteered. We couldn't have done it without you!!

Had my mother here and when they released her they handed me her stuff and got my mother home and opened up the bag and was full of meds. Shots to be given, but before the shots you had to check sugar levels. Well I had no machine to check that. Breathing treatments, had nothing to give her a breathing treatment with. Blood pressure meds to be given at certain blood pressure readings, I had no blood pressure machine to check. Never went over her meds with me, nothing. Well this place little stint costed my mother within 24hrs to go back into the hospital for 6 more weeks. And after all this time (4 yrs) and my mother now deceased they decided to bill me .. Really? Good luck with that. I was keeping my mouth shut and wasn't going to do a review but because they have guts to bill me after 4 years then I guess I need to make some decisions myself. Cause believe me I have all proof plus the day the ambulance came and got her, a nurse showed up and what she seen she couldn't believe. She was so upset at the situation she even wrote a statement out. I had no choice but give a 1 star but personally it isn't even worth that.read more
